Stop Walking with eyes shut day 3

After 3 days of doing this exercise. I have already noticed a difference in my attitude. Struggling with chronic illness has taken its toll on me. It has been a battle to not fall into an abyss of depression.

Spring wildflowers always make me happy

As I have switched my focus into being aware of how gorgeous this world is. I found myself waking up today with a extra spring in my step.

This was a painting at the Doctors office today. It seemed appropriate with my quest for beauty
Today I was tired- so I went to a spot where I could just sit and enjoy the view
